Job summary

Logistical Data Services is seeking reliable individuals to join as Vehicle Inspectors. Paid training is provided and tools are supplied. You will inspect new vehicles, assist with rework, and document findings using handheld devices in a fast-paced setting.

No prior inspection experience is required; candidates should be dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with technology-enabled processes. Outdoor work in varied conditions is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or handheld device.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Perform intermodal rework, inspections, and support tasks.
• Photograph and document findings using a handheld device.
• Record inspection data accurately in company software.
• Complete reports timely and maintain quality standards.
• Follow procedures and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members as needed.
