Job summary

Logistical Data Services is seeking reliable individuals to join as Vehicle Inspectors. Paid training is provided and tools are supplied. You will inspect new vehicles, assist with rework, and document findings using handheld devices in a fast-paced setting.

No prior inspection experience is required; candidates should be dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with technology-enabled processes. Outdoor work in varied conditions is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or handheld device.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and pass background checks.

Vehicle Inspector (Paid Training Provided)

Logistical Data Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vehicle Inspectors. No inspection experience is required—we provide paid training and all the tools needed for success.

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Inspector, you will:

• Inspect new vehicles for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Perform intermodal rework, inspections, and other operational support tasks as assigned
• Complete basic vehicle rework and quality-related tasks when needed
• Photograph and document findings using a handheld mobile device
• Accurately record inspection data within company software
• Complete reports in a timely and professional manner
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Work safely in a fast-paced vehicle processing environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.

• Work safely around moving vehicles and equipment
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
