Newrest IAH is seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join the Transportation Management team in Houston, Texas. The role involves multi-tasking and coordination in a loud environment, with a flexible schedule required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrity of vehicle inspections (pre-check / post-check).
• Ensure all vehicles are functioning properly before being released to users.
• Perform vehicle inspections upon return by the user.
• Check vehicle cabins and cargo areas to ensure they are free of trash and debris.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot.
• Perform lubrication of guardrails, inspect loading ramps, cargo straps, tire chocks, and fire extinguishers.
• Relieve personnel during breaks as needed.
