Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring an Inspector Apprentice to learn vehicle inspection processes and create accurate records. You will gain hands-on experience with VIN and vehicle data, under supervision, with training provided and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include documenting exterior/interior conditions, verifying data, and handling basic vehicle movements and photography as needed. Must have a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Safe driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Verify vehicle identification and enter information into the inspection system including VIN, year, make, model, subseries and mileage.
• Inspect equipment and options, documenting damage, repairs, frame and inoperable items.
• Evaluate exterior condition including tires, frame, glass and body panels.
• Document interior condition including seats and dashboard.
• Complete and verify data entry.
• Perform other duties such as jump-starting, moving and photographing vehicles.
