Job summary
BMW of North America is seeking a hands-on Vehicle Inspection and Installation Technician in Galveston, TX. You will inspect vehicles, install accessory installations, and perform product audits, quality checks, and battery voltage assessments in alignment with company standards and procedures.
This full-time role requires 1+ years in quality inspection and basic automotive installation/repair, HS/GED, and technical certificates.
Qualifications
- High School / GED required.
- 1+ years Quality inspection, basic automotive installation, and repair experience.
- Working knowledge of the VMS, Service Order System.
- Technical Training Certificate.
- Technical Certification from an Accredited Institution.
- Prior experience in a production/service facility environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs vehicle inspections and installs accessory installations per company standards.
- Conducts product audits, basic vehicle repairs, and quality checks.
- Performs battery voltage checks/maintenance.
- Ensures work complies with company standards and SOPs.
- Handles a variety of tasks related to vehicle inspection, installation, and maintenance.
