Job summary

Clutch is hiring a Vehicle Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. You will inspect and process incoming vehicles, documenting condition, identifying issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain workflow.

You will report inspection results, keep work areas organized, and follow safety procedures while moving and parking cars around the lot. This role requires a detail-oriented, outdoors-capable candidate with a valid G2+ license and comfort with tablets or basic software.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Comfortable outdoors in all seasons.
  • Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn.
  • Valid G2 or higher driver’s license with a clean abstract.
  • Able to drive automatic vehicles; manual is a plus.
  • Comfortable using tablets or basic computer software.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. In this role, you will inspect and process incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s high standards before it enters reconditioning or sales. What We’re Looking For:
