Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a Parts Associate to support parts and materials flow in our conditioning facility. You will manage inventory, organize parts, and ensure production has what it needs when it needs it.

You will track inventory, deliver parts to production areas, and maintain records using inventory management systems, while upholding safety and accuracy across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario.
• Availability: Minimum 20 hours per week, Saturday & Sunday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas.
• Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed.
• Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques.
• Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines.
• Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly.
• Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient.

About the role:
