Job summary

Kenwood Dealer Group is looking for Vehicle Exchange Coordinators to join our Corporate Purchasing team. The role rotates among Kings Toyota, Northgate Ford, Fairfield Volkswagen, and Beechmont Subaru to source premium used vehicle inventory.

You will engage service customers, convert KBB Instant Cash Offer leads, and coordinate appraisals to create a smooth, positive transaction experience across locations. Training provided supports ongoing system mastery and multi-location responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or strong background in hospitality or consultative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt between relationship-building and negotiation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple locations.
• Willingness to learn and master our systems and processes (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Engage Service Customers: Connect with customers in the service drive using a consultative, low-pressure approach to introduce upgrade or purchase opportunities.
• Manage & Convert Leads: Handle incoming KBB Instant Cash Offer leads with urgency and professionalism, using persuasive communication to secure vehicle acquisitions.
• Work Across Locations: Rotate between Kings Toyota, Northgate Ford, Fairfield Volkswagen, and Beechmont Subaru to support inventory needs and maximize opportunity.
• Guide the Process: Perform initial vehicle evaluations, coordinate appraisals, and ensure a smooth, positive transaction experience.
• Stay Flexible: Work retail hours aligned with peak traffic to capture the highest volume of opportunities.
