Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory MVR.
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process on every guest vehicle and document additional needed services.
• Assist in inventory management including pulling tires and parts.
• Assist with general store duties and maintain cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Follow safety standards including wheel torque, oil safety, and compliance procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per Monro’s policy and applicable laws.
• Adhere to company policies, governmental standards, and environmental codes.
• Maintain knowledge through Monro University trainings.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
