Job summary

Goken in Foster City, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Vehicle Development team across concept, development, implementation and sustainment phases. You will coordinate communications, organize meetings, report on progress, and maintain schedules.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and the ability to collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Analysts, UX Designers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering, communications).
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, highly organized, comfortable in dynamic teams.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Jira; Confluence is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, PowerBI or Salesforce is a plus.
• Understanding of dashboard design and supporting creation/maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project coordination across concept, development, implementation and sustainment phases.
• Attend and document meetings with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Business Analysts).
• Organize and maintain project documentation in Confluence and Google Suite.
• Build and manage Jira Epics, dashboards, and Confluence pages to track deliverables.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate it into actionable items.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure dashboards visually reflect deliverables.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts to align on timelines and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively with VPs, Directors, and technical teams.
• Participate in client meetings and manage team goals and schedules.
• Create documents, analyze and report information to internal and external team members.
• Maintain project issue management and reporting.
