Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Detail Manager or in a similar supervisory role within automotive detailing.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the detailing department.
• Train, mentor, and schedule detailing staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure thorough cleaning and detailing, both interior and exterior.
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and order materials as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle detailing based on dealership needs.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Resolve any detailing-related issues promptly and professionally.
