The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for washing, cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior at a fast pace while maintaining high quality and safety standards on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce.

What you'll do:
  • Hand wash and detail our customized wheelchair-accessible vehicles including vacuuming, shampooing, wax and buff, clean windows, tires and more.
  • Utilize time management skills to complete tasks in an efficient and speedy manner.
  • Work efficiently and manage time effectively to complete tasks.
  • Perform trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with Freedom Motors quality and safety standards, policies and procedures, and OSHA safety regulations and follow both written and verbal work instructions.
  • Assist other areas as needed.
What you’ll need:
  • Previous automotive detailing experience is desired or automotive, construction, or hands-on experience.
  • A passion for cars and working on custom, industry changing vehicles.
  • Desire to make a positive impact on customers and their families.
  • You will have to like being on your feet, hand-washing vehicles, and moving at a fast pace. Headphones for beats to keep you motivated are totally okay here!
  • An eye for detail is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  • Outstanding attendance record and reliability.
