Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles at Market Hubs. You will coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

This full-time role includes growth opportunities through a merit-based pay program and requires consistent attendance. As part of the team, you will inspect vehicles for issues, wash and vacuum inventory, perform multi-point inspections, and maintain good relations with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Perform multi-point inspection including fuel level, safety features, and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors.
• Communicate with team and management across lines of business.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
