Job summary

Carvana is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants at our Meridian Market Hub. This part-time role focuses on keeping vehicles clean and presentable, while coordinating with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

You will inspect vehicles for cosmetic and safety concerns, wash and vacuum inventory, and perform multi-point checks on incoming stock. The program rewards performance with incremental pay raises.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
• Requires standing for extended periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory (fuel level, safety features, drivability test, disclosures)
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Communicate with team across all lines of business
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance
