Job summary

Dave Smith Motors, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a part-time Vehicle Delivery Specialist / Shuttle Driver to transport customers and vehicles across the Northwest, including airport runs, while upholding safety and professional standards.

You will operate vehicles, maintain shuttle routes, assist passengers, report issues to dispatch, and keep accurate trip records. Authorized work in USA and clean background checks required; driving prerequisites apply.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties in a safe manner.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report) and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from Spokane Airport and other designated locations.
• Deliver vehicles across the Northwest (up to 350 miles).
• Operate vehicles safely and maintain timely shuttle routes.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles.
• Communicate with dispatch and other vehicles via radio to report service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate trip records including passenger names and destinations.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs to dispatcher or service manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report any accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor.
• Comply with OSHA Right-to-Know regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
