Location: 1504 US-1, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902

Schedule: 5 days a week; flexible scheduled needed (weekends included)

Pay: $20.00hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driveway Delivery Specialist to join our team in New Jersey! In this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle acquisitions and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle acquisition processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal.
• Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication.
• Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork.
• Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles.
• Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process.
• Acquire and maintain a notary commission.
• Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate a manual.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in time management and active listening.
• Strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus.
