Shift Requirements

1. The hours for this position are from 11am - 9pm. Availability to work 7 days a week is required. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends.
2. Base compensation of $20.00/hour.
3. Opportunity to increase hourly pay by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance!
4. Represent our dynamic brand through memorable customer experiences and various tasks like vehicle delivery and vending machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' homes using our car haulers (commercial license not required; training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler physically and inspect the vehicle and equipment regularly.
• Complete customer paperwork and update our tracking system thoroughly.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana's standards.
• Obtain necessary certifications like Notary or specialty licenses within the first 90 days, depending on the state, with process sponsorship by Carvana.
• Meet state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration system access.
• For Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri: obtain a Chauffeur's license within two weeks.
• For California: obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles in various weather conditions.
• Stand/walk and perform physical activities for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat as needed.
• Lifting/carrying items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for driving tasks; accommodations may be available for disabilities.
