Victory Automotive Group in Napa, CA is seeking an Automotive Sales Porter to support the sales team with exceptional customer service. The role involves moving vehicles on the lot, keeping cars clean and dent-free, and assisting with custodial duties around the lot.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be able to work evenings and weekends, and communicate professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Evenings and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to safely drive both automatic and standard transmissions is a plus.
• Professional, dependable and safety-conscious demeanor.
• Comfort operating in non-climate-controlled conditions and in tight spaces.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication.
• Basic computer and internet skills for daily tasks.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
• Proper appearance and work ethic for a professional setting.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them as needed.
• Move customer vehicles on the lot and ensure orderly presentation.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to sales staff after parking vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe service area and perform general cleaning duties.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers and assist in the pickup process.
• Follow safety and security procedures and attend required trainings.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.
