Job summary

Aerotek in St. Cloud, MN is seeking an assembly mechanic / installer / upfitter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. You will assemble, install, and up-fit various equipment and attachments to vehicles, working with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

You should have 1+ year of heavy-duty assembly or related experience. Day shift, on-site, OT available, full benefits after probation, and opportunities to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of heavy duty assembly, mechanic, mechanical assembly, maintenance, installation, or closely related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install and up-fit various equipment and attachments to vehicles.
• Work with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication and installation as needed; handle tools and lift up to 50 pounds.
