Job summary

Qualified applicants will have a four-year degree and experience in GIS, vegetation, or forestry, with ISA certifications pursued within stated timelines. Excellent communication and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience in GIS, vegetation, or forestry preferred.
• Must become state certified in herbicide application and ISA certified arborist within two years.
• Must become ISA certified utility arborist within three years.

Responsibilities

• Proactively directing the operations of the vegetation management program for area(s) assigned and coordinating the work of multiple vegetation management contractors.
• Performing all member service functions to assure prompt, courteous and efficient handling of requests, resulting in quality service for members and contractors on vegetation management issues.
