Bayer is hiring a Vegetable Seeds Intern to support and learn seed manufacturing fundamentals. You will work with regional and global stakeholders to contribute to operational, field, and process-improvement activities for high-quality seed production.

The role requires enrollment in a bachelor’s degree, driving access to sites, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Compensation includes base salary with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation of operational processes within Manufacturing Excellence.
• Collaborate with onsite Manufacturing teams on key projects and deliverables.
• Support field activities: seed shipments, reconciliation, trials, rouging, disease/weed scouting, pollination, harvesting, threshing, drying, delivery.
• Complete data validation and SAP reports for global and regional operations needs.
• Support Quality and HSE programs to drive key metrics.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Work with Crop Specialists, Field Quality, and Production Research to improve reliability and cost.
• Engage with global and regional teams on standardization and optimization projects.
