What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, review, author, and analyze business requirements and industry data, including KPIs and other key metrics
- Document design and system processes while managing daily project activities, schedules, and budgets
- Own and develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integrations
- Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions using data visualization techniques and tools
- Author user acceptance test scripts and perform quality assurance and validation documents as appropriate

- Good knowledge of ITIL support processes
