Job Description

THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION & REQUIRES IN OFFICE WORK. IT IS NOT REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify order specifications and instructions from the Client Service Rep.
• Use copy templates, instructions, and PrintNet T software to develop order workflow documents.
• Analyze and interpret instructions to develop programming logic and verify workflow document logic.
• Manage dynamic featuring & VPC digital press workflow and alternative communication channels (e.g., Print-Ready PDFs, Post Process PDFs, ADA Compliant PDFs, email).
• Set up and verify imaging compliance with press, production, device, and postal specifications and tolerances, including Test Mode and Quality Check records.
• Create files, paperwork, and reports for Production, Sales, and Verification; generate and verify Customer requested Signoff files.
• Handle up to 5% customer modifications and proof‑back changes and support Production with resolution of press imaging problems.
• Perform cross‑functional tasks and communicate with other team members as required to process orders.
• Maintain technical skills, participate in product and software upgrade testing, and stay informed about new imaging technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Imaging Technology, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• Experience programming with Inspire Designer is preferred.
• Knowledge of data processing, print technologies, production processes, and workflow processes required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Problem‑solving skills essential; ability to develop and code program logic, make decisions on fonts/image placement, and utilize programmed logic.
• Self‑motivation and strong organizational skills required.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $24.15–$38.00 per hour. In addition to hourly pay, total compensation may include overtime, shift differential, call‑in, and/or standby pay.
