Job summary

The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health is seeking an EHR Stability Analyst to help deploy, adopt, and continuously improve the EHR system across Local Health Districts. You will evaluate workflow needs, document enhancements, and partner with vendors to ensure alignment with clinical requirements.

This position provides business analysis and project coordination support for Pharmacy project and also for VASE+ and several .net maintenance applications.

Job Summary:

The EHR Stability Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Virginia Department of Health s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role supports Local Health District end users, evaluates workflow needs, documents enhancement opportunities, and partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor organizations to ensure the EHR aligns with operational and clinical requirements. The analyst will also contribute to interim solution development and help define strategies for long-term system improvements.
