Job summary

The LiRo Group in New York City is seeking an Associate Vice President - VDCO Practice Leader to guide the VDCO team and advance technology-driven asset management, BIM, reality capture, and digital transformation across major projects.

The role demands strategic leadership, client management, and cross-disciplinary coordination with LiDAR, 3D mapping, dashboard development, and cross-model workflows to deliver innovative solutions for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or an AEC-related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in VDC and digital transformation services.
• Proven experience integrating 3D/BIM technologies into multidisciplinary design and construction workflows.
• Demonstrated experience managing clients, projects, and major programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term vision and goals for the VDCO practice aligned with firm-wide goals.
• Mentor, recruit, and develop a high-performing VDCO team at the leading edge of technology and digital transformation.
• Oversee programs for training, mentorship, and staff certification across the practice.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, including public agencies, utilities, and private developers.
