iENG Design is seeking a VDC Specialist - Mechanical Plumbing in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on creating, managing, and coordinating 3D models and drawings for plumbing systems within the VDC team.

Responsibilities include generating detailed spool drawings, collaborating with engineers, and designing plumbing layouts based on P&IDs and drawings. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in plumbing design, VDC, or a related field.
• Knowledge of IPC, UPC or other plumbing codes.
• Familiarity with REVIT, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner.
• Willingness to travel for project needs.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

VDC Department Opportunity: VDC Specialist - Mechanical Plumbing

Location: Nashville, TN. Minimum 1 year experience with plumbing design and fabrication. This role supports the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team by creating, managing, and coordinating 3D models and drawings for plumbing systems.

• Willingness to travel as needed for project needs and team collaboration.
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple duties with consistent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in identifying potential problems or risks and developing creative solutions.
