Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks a VDC Project Manager to connect digital plans with field execution across design through installation. You will own the BIM Execution Plan, coordinate across teams, manage budgets and schedules, and influence BIM/VDC workflows.

This direct-hire role offers ownership of VDC delivery on complex industrial projects in North America. You will work with operations, design teams, and fabrication shops to ensure deliverables meet construction needs and optimize prefabrication

Per Sé Group is looking for a VDC Project Manager who can connect the digital plan to what’s happening in the field, keeping teams aligned from design through installation.

What you’ll do:

• Own the BIM Execution Plan, defining VDC scope, deliverables, and execution strategy.
• Lead VDC coordination across design, construction, fabrication, and installation.
• Build and manage VDC budgets, resource plans, schedules, and forecasts.
• Work directly with operations, design teams, and fabrication shops to keep deliverables aligned with construction needs.
• Coordinate constructability reviews, model management, and prefabrication planning.
• Identify coordination issues early, resolve roadblocks, and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Guide VDC team priorities while improving BIM workflows, tools, and processes.
