Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a VDC Leader to manage project-based implementation of Virtual Design and Construction processes. You will drive model-based workflows that support coordination, planning, and construction integration across multiple projects, while partnering with leadership to align VDC strategies with project goals.

You will develop talent, foster collaboration, and advance DPR’s digital construction capabilities, mentoring engineers and promoting continuous improvement.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or digital construction.
• 1–2 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads VDC professionals to deliver high-quality modeling, coordination, and planning services across multiple projects.
• Oversees project-specific VDC strategy ensuring consistency and quality.
• Partners with project teams to optimize constructability, safety, and efficiency through VDC processes.
• Reviews VDC resource planning, performance metrics, and deliverables.
