Manages VDC professionals and project-based implementation of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes to ensure consistency, quality, and cross-functional alignment. Leads team delivery of model-based workflows that support coordination, quantification, planning, and construction integration. Partners with project and business unit leadership to integrate VDC strategies into project planning and execution. Develops talent, promotes collaboration, and drives continuous improvement to strengthen DPR’s digital construction capabilities and client value.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
6–8 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or digital construction required.
1–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
