Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a VDC Engineer to provide modeling support across project phases, from proposals to handover.

The role emphasizes presentation graphics, BIM coordination, and CAD/BIM standards development within the Project Services Group. The candidate will collaborate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining accurate BIM data and integrating materials information for construction handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience within architecture, engineering and/or construction field.
• Excellent graphic presentation skills.
• Proficiency using BIM/CAD tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to use supporting/presentation software: 3DS Max, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce presentation graphics for project proposals and interviews, participating in presentations when necessary.
• Coordinate technological collaboration between Consigli project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients, as well as the development of and updating BIM’s for Business Development and project teams.
• Establish and maintain project files and standards for CAD and BIM, extract quantities and Automated Bill of Materials information from BIM’s, and link/embed information to BIM’s during construction for project handover.
• Additional responsibilities include developing, documenting, and presenting best practices for the Project Services Group, and other projects and duties as assigned.
