Qualifications

• Entry level with 1+ years of experience (or internships) and a degree in Construction, Design or Engineering related fields.
• Exposure to technology, 3D modeling, process development and software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building systems with trade partners to identify and resolve conflicts and support constructability reviews.
• Model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and Revit; support meetings and issue tracking.
• Contribute to BIM execution planning, model logistics, and data management per VDC standards.
