Job summary

Kunz is expanding its BIM/VDC team to support global hyperscale data center programs. We are seeking technically driven professionals who want to apply their expertise to complex building systems and advance how model-based information moves from engineering into construction.

The work involves developing Revit content, coordinating disciplines, and delivering reusable digital deliverables across projects. Seniority ranges from Level 2 to Level 3, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AEC or related field.
• Minimum 2 years BIM/VDC experience in architecture, engineering or construction.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit for design, engineering, or BIM/VDC applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models, families, parameters, and schedules.
• Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and building systems.
• Translate engineering information into usable BIM deliverables and workflows.
• Review models for geometric accuracy and data quality.
• Maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud environments and information exchanges.
• Plan and deliver BIM/VDC scopes, manage dependencies and decisions.
