Job summary

Doster Construction Company is seeking a VDC Coordinator in Nashville to develop, coordinate, and maintain construction models and workflows. You will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to enhance coordination, constructability, scheduling and project communication.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Revit and Navisworks, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with preferred familiarity in laser scanning, drone usage,

• Must have construction or related trade experience.
• Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive issues to resolution.
• Experience with laser scanning, drone usage, and Total Station integration is preferred.

The VDC Coordinator supports the project team by developing, coordinating, and maintaining construction models and workflows. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to improve coordination, constructability, scheduling and project communication. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, update, and manage project models;
• Support project teams with VDC related deliverables;
• Participate in and run coordination meetings; and
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve issues.
