Qualifications

• 3-4 years supporting VDC/BIM applications in professional settings.
• Hands-on with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Experience with Revit add-ins and plugin ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360.
• Managing complex Autodesk software deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting across apps, plugins, performance.
• Knowledge of VDC system performance in Windows desktop environments.
• Ability to bring structure and consistency in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Recap.

Responsibilities

• Support core VDC platforms: troubleshoot Autodesk tools and ACC/BIM360.
• Standardize VDC environments across user groups.
• Own the add-in ecosystem: manage Revit/Navisworks add-ins and compatibility.
• Improve deployments: refine installation and deployment processes with Intune.
• Optimize workstation performance: address GPU, memory, and rendering issues.
• Assist users across architecture, mechanical, electrical, and VDC teams.
• Create and maintain KBs, guides, and troubleshooting checklists.
• Mentor IT support to improve first-line support for VDC tools.
• Troubleshoot model and worksharing issues, including version conflicts.
