• P5: Supplier Management
• P6: Production Process Analysis
• P7: Customer Support & Service
• Focus only on in-production suppliers using standard components

Certifications

• Must have: VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification (issued by VDA-QMC)
• Nice to have: IATF 16949 Certification (as backup only)

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in supplier audits within the automotive industry
• Solid understanding and use of VDA 6.3 methodology
• Preferred: Experience conducting partial-scope (P5–P7) audits

Industry Background

• Experience auditing Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers preferred

Job Details

• Job Type: 1099 Contractor
• Project Duration: Multiple audits across various U.S. locations. Each audit averages 1.5 man-days (1 day on-site, 0.5 day for reporting). Note: This is a 1099 contract role—project timelines vary based on client needs.
• Shift Hours: Typically standard business hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time). Note: As a 1099 contractor, schedules may change depending on the assigned project.
• Location: Must be able to travel to Troy, IL. Future audits may be assigned in other IL areas.
