The Ambulatory Float Pool is comprised of multiple specialty practices across our clinic locations in the Richmond area. Our team members support adult and/or pediatric patient populations across a wide range of specialties such as Urology, Neurology, Dermatology, Women’s Health, Orthopedics and more, offering the unique opportunity to work with a variety of teams and develop a diverse skill set. You will work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and float across VCU Health clinics. No weekends or nights required. Mileage reimbursement may be available for distances beyond 25 miles from our downtown VCU Medical Center.

The LPN job integrates technical skills and theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of the patient and family. This role assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort. This role also provides direction, education, and begins to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level.
