Job summary

The Veterans Canteen Service at the Reno VA Medical Center is seeking food service workers to join our fast-paced cafes and retail markets.

Applicants must be able to read instructions and perform basic math for food preparation, stand and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 40 pounds. Experience is preferred but not required; a valid REAL ID is required. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Requires constant standing, walking, and frequent bending.
• Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.
