Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Experience auditing venture capital, private equity, or investment funds.
• Familiarity with fund structures (LP/GP), capital account reporting, and investor allocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements for venture capital funds.
• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans focused on investment valuation.
• Review and test fair value measurements of portfolio investments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers and stakeholders.
