We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Associate to join our investment team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in sourcing new opportunities, evaluating potential investments, and supporting portfolio companies. Top candidates are highly analytical and have a deep understanding of technology and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and engage with high-potential startups and entrepreneurs. Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and the broader startup ecosystem.
• Due Diligence: Conduct market research, financial analysis, product evaluations, reference checks, and competitive landscaping.
• Investment Analysis: Build financial models, prepare investment memos, and present findings to the investment committee.
• Portfolio Support: Assist portfolio companies with strategic planning, fundraising, hiring, and business development.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and sectors of interest. Develop theses around investment themes.
• Internal Operations: Contribute to fund reporting, LP communications, and knowledge management.

Qualifications
