Job Description

• Financial modeling of new and existing investments
• Conduct due diligence and manage the closing process of new investments
• Prepare Investment Committee memos and investor reporting to capital partners
• Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets
• Prepare quarterly / annual reports and assist in budget review process
• Implement property‑level business plans
• Assemble and review economic, demographic and other market information

Qualifications

• An intellectually curious, resourceful and proactive team player
• BS/BA required. Ideally suited for those with strong leadership, financial and analytical skills
• Minimum 3 – 6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate / investment banking
• Significant experience with Excel / financial modeling. Knowledge of Argus a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team memberStrong interpersonal and written communication skills
