The role requires 3 months of tractor-trailer experience and passing DOT hair follicle and urine tests, with overnight/night/weekend shifts and a daily commute to the DC facility. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is paid over six months.

Guaranteed Earnings & Pay Structure

• Weekly Take-Home: Earn an average of $1,450 weekly ($75k+/year for top producers).
• Sign-On Bonus: Grab a $2,500 bonus paid out across 6 months.
• CPM & Accessorial Pay: Experience-based pay from $0.53 to $0.58 CPM , stacked with $55 per full trailer unload and $20 per stop (starting right from stop one).

The Route & Freight

• Operations: Dedicated store deliveries across VA and WV, plus WV backhauls returning to the hub.
• Unloading: Unload freight using a powered pallet jack (full training provided).
• Mileage: Average 2,000 miles and 4 loads weekly (490-mile average length of haul).

Home Time & Shift Schedule

• Daily Rest: Get home every single day.
• Operating Hours: 7-day-a-week operation focusing primarily on overnights (night, weekend, and mandatory holiday/pre-holiday availability required).

Driver Requirements & Screening

• Experience: Requires at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Screening: Must pass DOT screening (hair follicle and urine tests).
• Commute: Reliable personal daily transport to the DC facility required.
