Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, invites an internship in the VAVE Program within Supply Chain Planning at our Fargo, ND site. You will assist in cost-improvement projects with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement and Finance.

The role emphasizesShould‑Cost work, teardowns, and benchmarking to identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase value. Remote work is eligible for some roles, and the internship offers exposure to global genomics

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of statistics and finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support VAVE program initiatives to drive cost improvements across Aldevron/IDT.
• Develop annual project plans with cross‑functional partners (R&D, Product Mgmt, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance).
• Participate in VAVE workshops, should‑cost models, product teardowns and benchmarking.
