Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, offers a hands‑on VAVE Program Intern role within the Supply Chain Planning team in Fargo, ND. You will support cost‑improvement initiatives, develop Should‑Cost models, and participate in VAVE workshops with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operation Management, Engineering or Finance.
Basic understanding of statistics and finance, experience with Microsoft tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in the VAVE program to drive total cost improvement with cross‑functional teams.
Assist internal and supplier VAVE Kaizens to identify cost‑saving opportunities and perform product teardowns.
Collaborate with Product Planning to prioritize high‑impact projects and allocate resources.
