Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented VAVE Engineer to advance innovation and cost optimization in the United States. The role focuses on executing VAVE projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality milestone deliveries.

The engineer will participate in reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers pay in line with the stated range and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Analyze design requirements, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify cost drivers.
• Hands-on design/CAD experience in sheet metal, casting, molding, fabrication, machining, etc.
• Good understanding of the above manufacturing processes.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Execute VAVE/Cost Reduction/Cost Optimization projects.
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders & Cross functional teams.
• Participate in internal & external meetings and reviews.
• Ensure milestone deliveries as per project schedule and with quality.
• Update project status and any important info/issue to relevant stakeholders in timely manner.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to study and analyze Design requirements, Materials, Manufacturing Processes and identify Cost drivers.
• Hands on Design/CAD experience in parts made by Sheet Metal/Casting/Molding/Fabrication/Machining etc.
• Good understanding about above manufacturing processes

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $40.38 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $48.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
