Job summary

GardaWorld is hiring a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate delivery of orders, schedules, equipment and cash to drivers and crew leaders. The role includes check-in/check-out of routes, custody changes, paperwork, and operation of handheld scanners.

May include armored-truck or crew-leader duties when needed, on a full‑time second shift. Requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Clear oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio and to train others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers, messengers, and crew leaders receive correct orders, schedules, equipment, and money.
• Check-in and check-out routes, manage custody of liability, and handle paperwork and equipment.
• Operate handheld scanners and other data-entry devices as needed; perform related duties on demand.

YOUR JOB

As a Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for ensuring that the Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive the correct orders, schedules, equipment and money to service clients in a safe and efficient manner. Warehouse Associates are also responsible for check-in and check-out of routes, changing custody of their liability, paperwork, and equipment including handheld scanners and other data entry devices. May be required to perform Armored Truck Driver and/or Crew Leader job responsibilities based on operational needs.

WHO YOU ARE

• Must have all required driver’s licenses and must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Must have a high school diploma/general equivalency diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication in the English language.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by radio.
• Must be able to give clear oral and written instructions and have the ability to train.
