Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Migration Consultant for its Professional Services group to lead data and content migrations for Vault R&D and Vault Platform. This is a remote, full-time permanent role for qualified US- and Canada-based applicants near airports, with up to 10% travel.

You will collaborate with Services, Product, Sales, and Strategy to ensure customer success today and in the future, mentoring teams and shaping migration best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of document/content migration experience with enterprise content management systems.
• 3+ years of database migration, implementation, or integration with enterprise software.
• 3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience.
• Proven ability to meet with management and executives as SME.
• Fluency in SQL and databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Located in the United States or Canada and legally authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration implementations for Vault R&D, including content and data migration.
• Advise on extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes.
• Mentor Veeva Data Migration Specialists on migration activities.
• Contribute to Professional Services knowledge base for migration programs.
• Provide guidance on migration tool development for ETL processes.
• Assist in project scoping estimates for the Vault R&D product suite.
