Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a part-time Tanker Operator to support egg product production and tanker loading. The role requires following safety procedures, preparing production areas, and ensuring accurate product loading and sampling for lab analysis.

This position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to work weekends or holidays as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in wet environments and have basic math skills for measurement and weight calculation.

Qualifications

• Must be safety minded and have thorough knowledge of all safety procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, use PPE and follow GMPs.
• Prepare the Breaking Room for startup of day’s production.
• Load tanker with correct product and accurate weight.
• Pull samples for Lab from each product shipped.
• Operate CIP system and cooling press as required.
• Travel to and work at multiple locations as needed.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and report unsafe conditions.
