Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a skilled Vascular Lab Technologist with specialization in vascular ultrasound. You will perform non-invasive studies, assist physicians, and operate advanced ultrasound equipment in inpatient and outpatient settings in a busy IAC-accredited lab.

Responsibilities include testing, reporting, and education of learners, with on-call coverage and a 5-day workweek. This full-time role requires an Associate degree and BLS completion within the first month

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BLS certification required within one month of hire.
• RVT/CCI/RDS certifications preferred or obtainable.
• Experience with vascular ultrasound procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality non-invasive vascular ultrasound studies.
• Assist physicians in diagnostic procedures and patient care.
• Operate ultrasound equipment in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in digital systems.
• Provide guidance and education to residents, students, and new sonographers.
