Job summary

Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians in Georgia is seeking an experienced vascular technologist to join our team. The role performs physical exams and noninvasive tests for peripheral vascular disease, with emphasis on accurate interpretation of results and patient care.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate of Completion in ultrasound, at least 3 years in vascular services, and RVT or RVS certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound Program is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive vascular services experience.
• RVT or RVS certification required or pending upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical exams for evidence of peripheral vascular disease.
• Performs noninvasive vascular testing across arterial, venous, abdominal, and cerebral vascular diseases.
• Prepares preliminary interpretation of test results.
