Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist - Vascular for our Cardiology team in Houston, TX. This on-site role focuses on high-quality vascular ultrasound exams and vein clinic support.

Qualifications include RDMS with vascular credentials, RVT/RVS certification, BLS, and at least 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience with venous imaging expertise. Strong patient care and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• RDMS with vascular credentials required.
• RV T or RVS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience.
• At least 1 year in venous sonography.
• Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations (venous and arterial) for cardiology.
• Follow protocols and physician orders for imaging.
• Support vein clinic therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Acquire and evaluate diagnostic images for quality and accuracy.
• Explain procedures to patients and address concerns.
• Document findings in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on patient care.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and infection control standards.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compassionate, professional patient care.
